A. An applicant may apply for an annual license. The annual license shall be valid for one year after the date on which it is issued and fees for the license shall be nonrefundable. (1983 Code § 6-3-6)
B. The fees for licenses shall be:
Auctioneers | $10.00 per year |
Pawnbrokers and secondhand goods dealers | $35.00 per year |
Special events | $100.00 plus $100.00 cleanup/damage deposit for events with food and/or beverage sales and $50.00 cleanup/damage deposit for all other events |
All other | $25.00 per year |
