For the purpose of this title, the following classes of districts are hereby established within the City as shown on the official zoning map which, together with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this title:

R-2 | One- and Two-Family Residential District |
R-3 | Multi-Family Residential District |
R-4 | Mobile Home Park Residential District |
C-1 | Residential-Commercial District |
C-2 | General Commercial District |
C-3 | Planned Commercial Development District |
C-4 | Central Business District |
M-1 | Service Commercial/Limited Industrial District |
M-2 | Heavy Industrial District |
PUD | Planned Unit Development District |
