Upon approval of the application for permit provided for in section 8-4-5 of this chapter, the general inspector shall issue a permit in duplicate to the person applying therefor, stating the name of the owner of the property, the name of the plumbing contractor, the street and house number and specifying the work authorized to be done thereunder.
