8-3-6: CONFLICT WITH STATE LAWS:
Nothing in this chapter or in the International Building Code, the International Residential Code, and the International Existing Building Code, as adopted, shall be construed to be in conflict with state laws or the state housing code. In the event of such conflict, the state law shall prevail. (Ord. 20-10, 8-3-2020)
