7-4-3: FRANCHISE REQUIRED:
Subject to Federal and State Law, no cable system shall be allowed to occupy or use any public street in the City, or within any other public property of the City, or be allowed to operate without a franchise granted in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 96-1, 2-5-1996)
