7-3-5: CONTENTS OF COUNCIL RESOLUTION:
Any resolution ordering or directing the construction or rebuilding of any sidewalks or driveways shall specify the place or street along which it shall be made or constructed, and the width thereof, and the time within which the improvement is to be completed. (Ord. 85-4, 5-20-1985)
