7-3-3: PROPERTY OWNER RESPONSIBILITY:
It shall be the responsibility of the abutting property owners to maintain in a safe and hazard-free condition any sidewalks or driveways outside the lot and property lines and inside the curb lines or traveled portion of the public street. (Ord. 85-4, 5-20-1985)
