For use in this Chapter the following terms are defined:
DRIVEWAYS: All drives and driveway approaches located within the public right of way.
ESTABLISHED GRADE: That grade established by this City for the particular area in which a sidewalk or driveway is to be constructed.
PORTLAND CEMENT: Any type of cement except bituminous cement.
SIDEWALKS: All permanent public walks in business, residential or suburban areas. (Ord. 85-4, 5-20-1985)
