7-2-3: STANDARDS:

All proposed plans and specifications for said construction or repairs shall be checked and approved by the Manager before the work is commenced and shall meet minimum standards as approved by the Council. (Ord. 516, 8-21-1961; amd. Ord. 83-4, 12-5-1983)
