7-2-2: SUPERVISION REQUIRED:
All construction or repair of City streets, sanitary sewer and storm sewer shall be done under the supervision of the City Manager or his or her designee. (Ord. 516, 8-21-1961; amd. Ord. 83-4, 12-5-1983; 1996 Code)
