All fees and charges for the use of any of the recreation facilities and participation in any of the recreation programs of the Department in existence on the date of the adoption of this Chapter are hereby confirmed. All rules for the use of any of the facilities of this Department in existence on the date of the adoption of this Chapter are hereby confirmed. The City Council may revise any of the fees, charges and rules after the adoption of this Chapter. (Ord. 84-7, 11-6-1984, eff. 1-1-1985)
