Golf carts and UTVs may be operated upon the streets of the City by persons possessing a valid operator's license and at least eighteen (18) years of age.
UTVs may be operated upon the streets of the City and on two-lane state highways within the City, but are not allowed on any state divided highway within the City. All other requirements of this chapter must be met.
Golf carts and UTVs shall not be operated on any sidewalk, city right of way, or trail system within the City. (Ord. 18-03, 2-19-2018; amd. Ord. 22-09, 11-21-2022)
