6-6-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to permit the operation of golf carts, as authorized by Section 321.247 of the Code of Iowa, as amended, and "UTVs" (Utility Vehicles), on certain streets in the City. This chapter applies whenever a Golf Cart or UTV is operated on any city street or alley, subject to those exceptions stated herein. (Ord. 18-03, 2-19-2018; amd. Ord. 22-09, 11-21-2022)
