6-5-2: DEFINITIONS:
For use in this chapter, the following terms are defined:
HABITUALLY VIOLATES: Any minor who has violated the provisions of this chapter more than two (2) times.
MINOR: Any unemancipated person below the age of eighteen (18) years. (Ord. 83-4, 12-5-1983)
