6-3-29: INTERFERENCE WITH OFFICIAL ACTS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly resist or obstruct anyone known by the person to be a peace officer. Persons violating this section shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
