6-3-27: CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:
It shall be unlawful for any person not having a right to do so to intentionally damage, deface, alter, or destroy any tangible property. Persons violating this section shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. (Ord. 04-07, 5-17-2004)
