It shall be unlawful for any person to throw stones or missiles of any kind or to shoot arrows, rubber guns, slingshots, air rifles or other dangerous instruments or toys on or into any street, highway, alley, sidewalk or public place. It shall also be unlawful for any person, while on one's own property or another's, to fire or shoot any of the above instruments in a reckless or careless manner which could threaten and injure other persons' adjoining private or public property or any public space. The discharge of arrows by a qualified bow hunter participating in a sanctioned hunt within the city shall be exempt from this restriction. (Ord. 08-10, 9-19-2008)
