It shall be unlawful for any person other than law enforcement officers to fire or shoot a shotgun, rifle, pistol or revolver within the City limits without first securing a special permit from the Mayor. The Mayor may issue a special permit to allow the firing of a shotgun, rifle, pistol or revolver within the City limits for good cause shown. (Ord. 297, 11-21-1921)
