6-3-10: RESISTING AN OFFICER:
No person shall knowingly or wilfully resist or oppose the police chief or the city police officers, or any other peace officer or any person authorized by law, in serving or attempting to execute any legal writ, rule, order or process whatsoever or resist any such officer in the discharge of the officer's duties without such writ, rule order or process.
