6-2-11: BYLAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The reserve peace officer force shall adopt bylaws for its organization and rules and regulations for its operation, all with the advice and consent of the City Manager and Chief of Police. Said bylaws, rules and regulations and amendments thereto shall be effective only upon approval by the Council of the City. (Ord. 80-12, 7-21-1980)
