6-2-1: FORCE ESTABLISHED; PURPOSE:

A force of reserve peace officers for the City is hereby established to supplement the regular Police Department of said City in crime prevention and control, preservation of the peace and enforcement of the law within the corporate limits of said City. (Ord. 80, 7-21-1980)
