5-5-7: EXEMPT VEHICLES:
The following are exempt from the operation of this Chapter:
   A.   Emergency vehicles, designated as such by the State and ambulances on emergency call.
   B.   Construction or agricultural equipment and street maintenance equipment that are on a job site or traveling on streets and highways. (Ord. 80-8, 6-16-1980, eff. 7-1-1980)
