Any person failing to remove or repair any junk vehicle or machinery stored on private property in violation of Section 5-4-8 of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be subject to imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days, or a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or both.
