5-4-15: EXCEPTIONS:
This Chapter shall not apply to the following:
   A.   A vehicle in an enclosed building.
   B.   A vehicle on the premises of a business enterprise operated in a district properly zoned therefor, as authorized under the Zoning Ordinance of this City, when necessary to the operation of said business enterprise.
   C.   A vehicle in an appropriate storage space or depository maintained in a lawful place and lawful manner by this City. (Ord. 87-6, 9-21-1987)
