5-4-7: AUCTION OR DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED VEHICLES:
The Department shall follow the procedures in Iowa Code, section 321.89(4) for the auction or disposal of abandoned vehicles. (Ord. 87-6, 9-21-1987)
