A. Pursuant to the laws of the state, the areas shown on exhibit 1 which is on file with the city clerk, and by this reference made a part hereof, is hereby designated as the city business district.
B. The parking spaces shown on exhibit 1 are hereby designated as "handicapped parking" within the designated business district of the city. (Ord. 90-14, 12-3-1990)
