In any area which has been designated by the city council, as a three (3) hour parking area, the city may grant a reserved parking space. Application for such reserved parking space is to be made in writing and presented to the chief of police. Upon approval, a reserved parking space may be granted and the use of such space allowed upon the payment of the fee for such space as designated by resolution by the council.
