It shall be unlawful for any vehicle, including automobile, motor truck, carrier, van, stock trailer, bus or other vehicle of any kind more than twenty feet (20') in length to stop, park or be left standing upon any street except for the purpose of loading or unloading, and then only so long as is necessary for loading or unloading and not to exceed thirty (30) minutes at any one time.
