It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle on the State highways passing through the City, at a speed greater than the following:
Thirty (30) miles per hour:
Ash Street to Robinson Street.
Thirty five (35) miles per hour:
Jackson Street to Ash Street.
Robinson Street to Gordon Drive.
Forty (40) miles per hour:
Gordon Drive to Bell Avenue for southbound traffic and from Gordon Drive to the south line of the south drive of the present Wheel Estates Mobile Home Park for northbound traffic.
Forty five (45) miles per hour:
North City limits to Jackson Street.
Fifty (50) miles per hour:
North and southbound on Highway 14 from three hundred feet (300') south of Bell Avenue to three hundred feet (300') past the entrance to 1574 Highway 14 South.
Northbound from Newbold (the old Industrial Park Road) to fifty feet (50') south of Bell Avenue.
Sixty five (65) miles per hour:
