5-1-5: DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS:
The driver of a motor vehicle, as defined by the Iowa Code, shall not drive upon or within any sidewalk area except at a driveway, and shall not park any motor vehicle upon or within any sidewalk area. (Ord., 10-7-1974)
