All measurements, tests and analyses of the characteristics of water and wastes shall be determined in accordance with the procedures set forth in the most recent edition of "Standard Methods". Scheduled testing and analyzing that may be required of the city on certain industrial customers shall be charged to the customer at rates set by the council. (Ord. 85-6, 8-19-1985, eff. 9-1-1985)
