4-5-7: ABANDONED UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS:
All abandoned underground fuel storage tanks (gasoline, fuel oil, etc.) shall be removed in accordance with all federal and state codes. (Ord. 05-11, 9-6-2005)
