A. Vehicle: It shall be unlawful for any person to haul waste upon or along any street or alley except in a device equipped with a tank and used to remove or transport waste in such a way that it will not scatter said waste along the streets or alleys.
B. Unlawful To Litter: It shall be unlawful for any person to haul waste along any street or alley except in a vehicle so constructed as to prevent the scattering of said waste upon the streets or alleys. All vehicles used therefor shall be either covered or packed in such a way that they will not scatter said waste.
C. Operations Limited: Vehicles used in the collection and hauling of waste shall not be parked closer than one hundred feet (100') to any residence unless within a completely enclosed building. (Ord. 09-05, 4-20-2009)
