Waste haulers shall dispose of hauled wastes permitted in this Chapter at a location designated by the wastewater treatment plant administrator or at a service area where such wastes are accepted. Hours of operation at the Knoxville wastewater treatment plant disposal station shall be from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to four o'clock (4:00) P.M., Monday through Friday, except by special arrangement between the waste hauler and the administrator to permit response to emergency conditions. Waste haulers shall maintain the designated location in a clean and orderly condition to avoid noxious odors and unsanitary conditions. (Ord. 92-2, 5-18-1992)
