A. Normal Business Hours: The normal business hours of the wastewater treatment plant are from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to four o'clock (4:00) P.M. Monday through Friday, except for holidays; therefore, every waste hauler desiring to do work within the City before eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. or after four o'clock (4:00) P.M. Monday through Friday or any time during the weekend shall obtain prior approval from the wastewater treatment plant administrator or his agent by making written or verbal request to said administrator or his agent at least twenty four (24) hours in advance of the date the work is to be performed. The request shall state the location of the property, the name of the owner, the date and the hours of work.
B. Time For Waste Pickup: Every waste hauler shall have the right to pick up waste at any time during the day or night pursuant to the above request, but said hauler shall only be allowed to bring said waste to the wastewater treatment plant during regular business hours, unless prior approval is obtained pursuant to the above paragraph.
C. Overtime Hours: Any overtime hours necessitated by a waste hauler's request to deliver waste after regular business hours shall be paid by the licensee at the rate of forty dollars ($40.00) per request. (Ord. 92-2, 5-18-1992)
