4-3-22: ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE OR GARBAGE:
It shall be unlawful for private residences, commercial businesses, industrial businesses and all other entities to allow refuse or garbage to accumulate for more than a two (2) week period of time. (Ord. 01-15, 12-17-2001)
