4-3-20: ABILITY TO COLLECT RECYCLABLES:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to collect any recyclables within the city except from his/her/its own residence or business property, without first obtaining a license from the city. (Ord. 01-15, 12-17-2001)
