4-3-19: MISDEMEANOR:
A violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for a period of not more than thirty (30) days. (Ord. 01-15, 12-17-2001)
