4-3-16: DISPOSAL OF WHITE GOODS/APPLIANCES:

The licensee, refuse hauler, or recyclable collector from each licensed business will be responsible for providing an operational plan for the disposal of white goods/appliances for each licensed business customer. The plan will be included with the filing of the volume based plan filed with the city as noted in section 4-3-13 of this chapter. (Ord. 01-15, 12-17-2001)
