A monthly service charge for collection of residential solid waste from each residence shall be billed according to the size of container with charges increasing with each larger size of container. Service levels shall include:
A. One weekly pick up of not more than thirty five (35) gallons or forty five (45) pounds.
B. One weekly pick up of not more than sixty four (64) gallons or ninety (90) pounds.
C. One weekly pick up of not more than ninety six (96) gallons or one hundred thirty five (135) pounds.
Any additional containers will be an additional cost. Solid waste shall be stored in approved solid waste containers. The weight of any individual container and contents shall not exceed amounts listed in subsections A through C of this section.
The billing for each customer shall be the responsibility of each licensee. (Ord. 01-15, 12-17-2001)
