4-3-14: PAY AS YOU THROW PLAN:
The city shall have, per Iowa Code section 455D.3 and administrative rule section 101.5(8), a unit based pricing program in agreement with the licensee for the collection of solid waste for the city of Knoxville. (Ord. 01-15, 12-17-2001)
