4-3-7: TYPES OF LICENSES:
A residential or commercial license shall be required of all garbage haulers. (Ord. 17-06, 10-2-2017)
Only those haulers with a valid residential garbage license may provide service to residential zoned districts and only those haulers with a valid commercial garbage license may provide service to commercial and industrial zoned districts. Garbage haulers who secure a residential and commercial garbage license may provide service in either district. (Ord. 09-06, 5-4-2009)
