Any recyclable, garbage and refuse hauler in the City shall be licensed for this purpose by the City pursuant to this chapter. A license application must be completed for a garbage or refuse/recyclable hauler to be eligible for a license, which applications are available in the Office of the City Clerk. It shall be unlawful to commercially collect and haul garbage, refuse, and trash within the City, without first securing a license issued by the City Council.
