4-3-2: VOLUME BASED CHARGES:

Any individual or entity holding a license to haul garbage and refuse in the City shall charge based upon the volume of garbage and refuse generated. These volume based charges may be made through the number of containers or bins utilized or based upon actual weight collected. (Ord. 01-15, 12-17-2001)
