1-4-1: DEFINITIONS:
CODE: The code of ordinances of the city of Knoxville as may be amended from time to time.
MUNICIPAL INFRACTION: A violation of this code punishable by civil penalty and such alternative relief sought by the city and as provided by state law.
REPEAT OFFENSE: A recurring violation of the same section of the code of ordinances. (Ord. 88-10, 12-5-1988; amd. 1996 Code)
