(A) New residential permits: $80;
(B) Residential repair permits: $45;
(C) New commercial permits: $150;
(D) Commercial repair permits: $75;
(E) On-sight sewage disposal system inspections: $75;
(F) Installer licensing fees:
(1) Initial fee: $112.50; and
(2) Renewal fee: $37.50.
(G) The County Health Department is hereby authorized and directed to collect a service fee of $25 for the on-site inspection of existing sewage disposal systems.
