(A) The regulations of the Indiana State Department of Health as found in ISDH Rule 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3 are hereby incorporated by reference in this section and shall include any later amendments to those regulations as the same are published in the Indiana Register of the Indiana Administrative Code with effective dates as fixed therein.
(B) Copies of ISDH Rule 410 I.A.C. 6-8.3 are available and on file in the office of the County Board of Health and the County Auditor.
