§ 51.08  ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Any licensed installer found to be in violation of any provision of this subchapter will be subject to a suspension of the license for a period of not less than 30 days and no more than one year.
   (B)   If a licensed installer is found to have committed a second violation of a provision of this subchapter within the 12-month period from the date of the first violation, the installer will be subject to a suspension of not less than six months and not more than one year.
   (C)   If a licensed installer is found to have committed a third violation of a provision of this subchapter within two years from the date of the first violation, the installer will be subject to a permanent revocation of the license issued under this subchapter.
   (D)   Any licensed installer found to be violation a suspension will be subject to a permanent revocation of the license issued under this subchapter.
   (E)   Any person constructing, installing, replacing, repairing or altering any on-site sewage disposal system that is not licensed or certified in the county shall be deemed to be in violation of this subchapter. Any such person in violation of this subchapter shall be fined not more than $500 for the first offense; and not more than $1,000 for the second and each subsequent offense
   (F)   A VIOLATION is defined as a violation of this subchapter or its subsequent version and a violation may be one that occurred before the passage of this amended subchapter.
