§ 50.38  LANDFILL CLOSURE/POST-CLOSURE FUND.
   There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Landfill Closure/Post-Closure Fund. Five dollars of the total fee of $24.75 per ton shall be deposited by the County Auditor in the Landfill Closure/ Post-Closure Fund.
