§ 50.21  ENFORCEMENT AND CLEAN-UP.
   (A)   (1)   If a condition violating this subchapter exists on real property, the county may enter onto that property and take appropriate action to bring the property into compliance with this subchapter.
      (2)   The Board of Commissioners designates the County Solid Waste Management District as its agent to perform the clean-up of improperly disposed wastes.
      (3)   Before action to bring compliance may be taken, all persons holding a substantial interest in the property must be given a reasonable opportunity to bring the property into compliance.
      (4)   If action to bring compliance is taken, the expense involved may be made a lien against the property.
   (B)   Enforcement of this subchapter shall be brought in accordance with I.C. 34-28-5.
